Established in 1998, RealTrend, Inc. is a full service commercial real estate brokerage company. Throughout the years, RealTrend has developed and brokered numerous commercial properties of all asset types including high-rise office buildings, industrial facilities, nightclubs, restaurants, luxury condominiums and much more.
In addition to brokering properties, the company currently manages and leases over 300,000 million square feet of commercial real estate in the Central Florida area.
Due to our development experience, RealTrend, Inc. has the unique experience of transitioning newly developed office projects from shell construction to stabilization. Our management team has the capability of coordinating sophisticated tenant improvements to insure that the tenants move-in on time without cost overruns. We know how to work with the local city agencies regarding the building and use permit process and we monitor the various construction warranties to insure that they remain in effect.

- 2006
- Purchased the Wachovia Plaza in Nashville, TN a 72,000 sf Office Building and two story parking garage for conversion to Office Condos.
- 2005
- Purchased and created The Garden Plaza in Winter Garden, FL an approved Office/Retail Facility with 140,000 sf of office / retail space and a 90 room hotel.
- 2002
- Purchased and redeveloped former Downtown Bank Building in Winter Garden, FL - is now 100% occupied.
- 2001
- Brokered and sold out the 30,000 sf Lake Bennett Medical Center in Ocoee, FL.
- 2001
- RealTrend, Inc. and John Hussey brokered and sold out the Metrowest village condos in West Orange County.
- 2000
- Redeveloped ABC Building (24,000 sf) in Downtown, Orlando from warehouse to office. Maintained 100% occupancy to date (Received the Golden Brick Award).
- 1999
- Purchased and redeveloped the formerly vacant Fidelity Building- now occupied 100%.
- 1998
- Purchased and redeveloped the formerly vacant Wall Street Building, now occupied 100% (Received the Golden Brick Award).
- 1997
- Developed 100,000 sf Angebilt Hotel from a court house to an office building. Maintained over 93% occupancy over the last seven years (Received the Golden Brick Award).
- 1995
- Redeveloped Central Arcade (24,000 sf); including nightclubs and restaurants, in Downtown Orlando (Received the Golden Brick Award).
